Meet My Immigration Hub

My Immigration Hub is a digital portal app to enable your client to prepare their immigration case from anywhere, at any time. Through the app, clients can communicate with our team via text, voice, or video messaging, video conferencing, live document annotation, and more. Attorneys are also invited to participate on the app if desired. This allows live updates on case progress and remaining to-do items.

 

Secure document file sharing is made simple from your phone and desktop, eliminating the need to deliver documents in person. Direct chat, phone calls, video calls, guided tutorials, and more will ensure your client has all the information and resources to guide them through a smooth immigration experience -- all facilitated within the My Immigration Hub App.

After you contract our services, both you and your client will receive an invitation to My Immigration Hub to ensure seamless communication. We'll take it from there.

What if my client doesn't want to use the app? No problem. We've done it the traditional way for years and are happy to utilize phone calls, email, text messaging, and any other method to meet your client at their comfort level. In this case, you'll just want to give your client advance notice to expect contact from your dedicated team of paralegals at My 601 Waivers. The paralegal responsible for the case will introduce herself as working with your office from the very beginning, to ensure seamless communication for your client.
