What to expect next:

1. Payment: Due up front*. You'll receive an invoice within one business day. We're so excited to start your case! As soon as payment comes through, we'll add it to the queue (first come, first served).

*Annual Members: No payment due immediately. You'll receive a monthly invoice with your account total and cases are immediately added to the queue.

2. Tell your client about My Immigration Hub (excluding Essential cases): 99% of unnecessary delays are due to clients who don't know to expect the invite to the app! We promise to guide them through every question, all they need to do is look for the invite!

Our commitment:

  • Thoroughly review the completed questionnaire and any available documents received at case initiation.

  • If utilizing our client contact services...

  • Your client will receive an invitation to My Immigration Hub (excluding Essential service cases). This is a digital app that will allow them direct communication with their designated paralegal who will guide them from start to finish, as well as provide a secure location for uploading documents. (Not included with Essential services.)

  • At a minimum, we promise to touch base weekly with your client to nurture the document collection process and provide assistance. We'll also respond within 8 business hours (typically sooner) to any contact from your client.

  • Notify you if the client has any concerns or questions necessitating legal advice (no news is good news).

Please note: We do not vet cases for the applicant's legal eligibility. This is solely the attorney's responsibility and it will be assumed this has been cleared prior to contracting our services.

Completed cases:

  • Attorney office will receive a completed packet, ready for review and signatures. If there is any information the client cannot provide, we will notify you at that time as well.

  • Digital format of individual government forms, table of contents, and client affidavit will all be provided to the attorney. Essential cases will be a fully digital delivery only. Hybrid and Professional cases receive courtesy physical shipment.
