WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT MY 601 WAIVERS

OUR STORY: HELPING FAMILIES STAY TOGETHER,
ONE WAIVER AT A TIME
My 601 Waivers began in 2015 from a simple desire to help. I started by assisting my husband’s immigration law firm with a growing backlog of waiver cases, and quickly realized how much time, care, and attention each waiver truly needs. Even with the best intentions, many attorneys are overwhelmed with other casework, leaving little room to focus on the details that can make or break a waiver case.
As I worked through more cases, I discovered how much I genuinely enjoyed this work and how rewarding it was to help families move one step closer to staying together. With a strong approval record and growing trust from colleagues, I became the primary person handling waiver cases—not only within the firm, but soon for attorneys in nearby offices as well.
At the time, I had just completed my master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and was preparing to continue my doctoral studies. However, as the demand for waiver preparation continued to grow, I made the decision to pause my academic plans and formally establish My 601 Waivers LLC. It is a decision I am deeply grateful for—I truly love the work we do and the people we serve.
Today, My 601 Waivers supports attorneys and their clients nationwide with a dedicated team built around care and precision. Our paralegals focus solely on document collection and organization, while our professional writers concentrate on crafting thoughtful, detailed hardship affidavits. By specializing in only a few immigration processes, we have developed a reliable, proven approach that consistently leads to strong, well-prepared cases.
We are proud to maintain a 99% USCIS approval rating, but even more proud of the families we help and the trust our attorney partners place in us every day. We would love the opportunity to support your waiver case and walk alongside you through this important process.
Every waiver tells a story. We’re honored to help tell it clearly and with care.
