OUR STORY: HELPING FAMILIES STAY TOGETHER,
ONE WAIVER AT A TIME

My 601 Waivers began in 2015 from a simple desire to help.

What started as assisting my husband’s immigration law firm with a growing backlog of waiver cases quickly revealed something important: waiver work requires extraordinary time, care, and attention to detail. Even the most dedicated attorneys often carry heavy caseloads, leaving limited bandwidth for the intensive documentation and organization that can make or break a hardship-based filing.

As I worked through more cases, I discovered how deeply meaningful this work was to me. Each waiver represented a family hoping to stay together. Each packet required not only legal structure, but thoughtful storytelling supported by evidence. With a strong approval record and growing trust from colleagues, I became the primary waiver preparer—not only within the firm, but soon for attorneys in neighboring offices as well.

At the time, I had just completed my master’s degree and was preparing to continue doctoral studies. However, as demand for waiver preparation continued to grow, I made the decision to pause my academic plans and formally establish My 601 Waivers. It is a decision I remain deeply grateful for. I truly love the work we do and the families we serve.

Today, My 601 Waivers supports attorneys and their clients nationwide through a dedicated team built on precision and care. Our paralegals focus exclusively on structured document collection and organization, while our professional writers concentrate on drafting detailed, thoughtful hardship affidavits. By specializing in a focused range of immigration processes, we have developed a refined, repeatable system that consistently produces strong, professionally assembled cases.

We are proud to maintain a 99% USCIS approval rate—but even more proud of the families we help and the trust our attorney partners place in us each day.

Every waiver tells a story. We are honored to help tell it clearly, thoroughly, and with care.

With a deep understanding of hardship-based immigration filings, Jessica founded My 601 Waivers to bridge the gap between legal strategy and practical execution. Jessica is known for her precision, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to ethical and compliant immigration support. What began as a waiver-focused company has expanded to support additional family-based immigration processes, while maintaining its core mission: reducing attorney overhead, easing client stress, and strengthening case outcomes.

Above all, Jessica believes immigration work is about people—not paperwork. Her leadership blends structure with compassion, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and respected throughout the process.
